1. Show Overview
Expo: The 4th China Marine Equipment Expo 2026 (CMEE 2026)
Dates: October 16–19, 2026 Venue: Fuzhou Strait International Conference & Exhibition Center
Theme: Green Intelligence Leads the Way, Connecting the Deep Blue Scale: total exhibition area approx. 100,000 m²
2. Exhibits: Five Product Groups, Five Testing Capabilities
▍1. TBN-100 + PF200 Ferrous Wear Meter — Engine-Room Quick-Check Kit
An integrated portable solution for oil quality and wear monitoring — the two instruments together weigh less than 3 kg and give both verdicts within minutes. The TBN-100 portable digital oil tester answers whether the oil is still usable — battery-powered and weighing 0.9 kg, it measures total base number (0–80 TBN) and water content (0.03–10.0 V%) on site, with data exported via USB (up to 150 records); the PF200 ferrous wear meter answers how severe the wear is — based on the ferromagnetic (electromagnetic induction) principle, a 2 mL test tube placed in the measuring port gives a direct reading of ferromagnetic content in 15 seconds or less, with a range of 0–3500 ppm and 1 ppm resolution; no dilution, digestion or heating is required, the method is consistent with ASTM D8120, and up to 1,000 records can be exported to a USB drive.

Marine application: Daily inspection by the engine department and self-checks on board — from the same sampling point, an in-service oil sample is first tested with the TBN-100 for base number depletion and water ingress in main engine system oil, auxiliary engine and stern shaft lubricating oil, and then screened with the PF200 for ferromagnetic particle content. When base number depletion and rising iron content appear together, it signals that the oil has degraded and the friction pair may be wearing abnormally — providing on-site data for deciding whether the vessel can sail to the next port and whether top-up or an oil change is needed, avoiding blind oil changes at sea and unplanned off-hire.
▍2. PQ100 Ferromagnetic Index Meter
Rapid quantification of the PQ index — the oil sample needs no preparation and can be measured directly once poured into the oil bottle. The PQ100 uses a patented sensor and signal-processing circuit to express the ferromagnetic particle content of oil as a dimensionless PQ index, detecting ferromagnetic particles larger than 1 μm; the method and accuracy meet the ASTM D8184 standard. Measurement range 0–15,000 PQ, resolution 1 PQ, repeatability ±4 PQ or ±1% (whichever is greater). Sample transport and measurement are automatic, completing one measurement in 10 seconds. Bundled PC data-management software lets measurement data be imported directly for data management, trend analysis and curve printing.
PQ100 ferromagnetic index meter
Marine application: Analysis of ferrous particle content in marine hydraulic oil, gear oil, stern shaft and main engine system oil and grease — the PQ index tracks particle quantity and size-distribution characteristics and complements elemental quantification by spectroscopy and ppm quantification by the ferrous wear meter, making it a common tool for daily engine-room inspection and on-board self-checks.
▍3. DM100 Handheld Density Meter — On-Site Fuel Density Verification
A 260 g handheld body lets fuel density be verified right at the bunkering site. The DM100 uses patented U-shaped oscillating tube measurement technology and complies with ASTM D7777-24. In addition to density (g/cm³ / kg/m³) it measures relative density, reference temperature and concentration. A single sample requires only 2 mL, with automatic pumping or manual injection. Density resolution is 0.0001 g/cm³ and accuracy 0.001 g/cm³; a built-in temperature sensor measures and automatically compensates in real time. Internal memory stores up to 1,000 records (with time stamp and sample ID), with USB export and IrDA infrared transfer, and the sampling pump can be replaced as a complete unit.

Marine application: Density is the most fundamental quality indicator of marine fuel — checking bunker delivery notes during bunkering (barging operations), quickly identifying substandard or non-standard blended fuels, verifying loaded quantities and assessing calorific value all depend on density data. The DM100 measures at hand and can be used at the bunkering site, in the engine room, on the quay and in the laboratory; it is a rapid screening tool for fuel and oil acceptance, and its data can be incorporated into fuel purchasing and oil usage records.
▍4. Oil Spectrometer + IOA8000 — Full Elemental Analysis + Dedicated Sulfur Testing
A core laboratory configuration: full elemental analysis plus dedicated sulfur testing. The OIL8000 oil spectrometer is based on rotating disk electrode atomic emission spectrometry (RDE-OES), with a detection limit better than 1 ppm, a single test in under 30 seconds and no pretreatment of the 2 mL oil sample; it simultaneously determines 24 elements including Fe, Cu, Cr, Pb, Si, Ca and Zn, and complies with ASTM D6595, ASTM D6728 and NB/SH/T 0865-2013. The IOA8000 intelligent oil analyzer uses energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) with an HAPG polarized target and SDD detector (resolution up to 125 eV) to analyze all elements from magnesium (Mg) to uranium (U); one-touch testing with automatic sample feeding completes a test in 30–300 seconds, and the detection limit for sulfur in fuel is as low as 2 ppm.

● OIL8000 — routine laboratory analyzer with a 2,700 lines/mm grating and 500 mm focal length for stable performance (other models in the series, such as OIL8000H / PO100 / PO300B, are available on request)
● IOA8000 — HAPG polarized target + SDD detector, automatic sample feeding, sulfur detection limit in fuel as low as 2 ppm
Marine application: Suited to fleet oil-monitoring laboratories and on-board testing. For samples such as main/auxiliary engine crankcase oil, stern shaft and steering gear hydraulic oil and deck machinery oil, just 2 mL is enough to determine 24 elements at once, and abnormal levels of Fe, Cu, Cr and other elements help pinpoint abnormal wear locations. The IOA8000’s fuel sulfur testing addresses the need to verify the IMO 0.50% m/m sulfur limit for marine fuel, supporting bunker acceptance and compliance screening; samples are placed directly in the oil cup without heating or dissolving and without damaging the sample, making it suitable for shore-based laboratories and high-frequency testing on board. Together the two form the core laboratory configuration of “full elemental analysis + dedicated sulfur testing”.
▍5. Four Ferrographs + Four Particle Counters — Debris and Contamination Level Testing
A complementary combination for wear-particle morphology analysis and particle contamination level rating. Used together with the oil spectrometer, it effectively offsets the insensitivity of spectroscopy to large particles and further improves the means of evaluating oil contamination.
Ferrographs × 4 (PJ500 thistle-tube / PA300 dual analytical / DR100 direct-reading / RF500 dual rotary): for morphology and origin analysis of wear particles, helping determine wear type and fault location.
