Typical applications

Hollow cathode spectrometer with a maximum accuracy of 0.000001%. It is used to detect the content of trace impurity elements in ultrapure refractory metals. The standard stipulates that the total content of 45 impurity elements (Pb, As, Sn, Bi...) in aviation materials cannot exceed 0.005%.
